Bilingual, Territory Coordinator (Montreal Office)
Reporting to: Supervisor, Territory Coordinators
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma required.
  • Canadian Securities Course desired.
  • This is a bilingual position. Qualified candidates must be fluent in French and English.

Work Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within the financial services industry.
Essential Functions:
  • Confirm meetings and coordinate distribution of information (sales material, fax reports and mailings). Promote AOL and Tax & Estate Planning team whenever opportunities arise.
  • Participate and assist in monthly team meetings to establish monthly/quarterly plans and ensure follow up has been accomplished. Assist in establishing individual sales benchmarks for each of the Top Advisors.
  • Ensure Sales team has all the essential tools for face to face meetings with advisors (i.e. Sales & Asset Reports, Schedule Report, Marketing material).
  • Prepare reports (e.g. activity and expenses). Prepare lists for email blasts, call lists, etc. Advise the appropriate person/department of Advisor Data changes or corrections.
  • Coordinate special regional events (i.e. PM meetings, Client Appreciation, etc.). Gather and disseminate basic information for the Regional Teams (co-op, meeting expenses, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for both RSD and ISA.
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements for RSD and ISA.
  • Liaise with Portfolio Management and RSD to ensure availability for conference calls and/or meetings with Advisors.
  • Perform other duties as required.
