This is a bilingual position. Qualified candidates must be fluent in French and English.

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of related experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience working within the financial services industry.
Essential Functions:
Confirm meetings and coordinate distribution of information (sales material, fax reports and mailings). Promote AOL and Tax & Estate Planning team whenever opportunities arise.
Participate and assist in monthly team meetings to establish monthly/quarterly plans and ensure follow up has been accomplished. Assist in establishing individual sales benchmarks for each of the Top Advisors.
Ensure Sales team has all the essential tools for face to face meetings with advisors (i.e. Sales & Asset Reports, Schedule Report, Marketing material).
Prepare reports (e.g. activity and expenses). Prepare lists for email blasts, call lists, etc. Advise the appropriate person/department of Advisor Data changes or corrections.
Coordinate special regional events (i.e. PM meetings, Client Appreciation, etc.). Gather and disseminate basic information for the Regional Teams (co-op, meeting expenses, etc.).
Prepare and submit expense reports for both RSD and ISA.
Make travel and hotel arrangements for RSD and ISA.
Liaise with Portfolio Management and RSD to ensure availability for conference calls and/or meetings with Advisors.
Perform other duties as required.
