Champion Award Program

The annual Champion Award Program has been designed to recognize any employee or team of employees who have made a significant contribution to the success and growth of the company during the year. These employees have also demonstrated the key character traits, which the organizations consider important:

These character traits may be demonstrated in any number of ways. For example, the award nominee(s) may have:

  • Undertaken a new initiative that has enhanced service excellence;
  • Demonstrated team performance, behaviour and results that have extended
    across business units;
  • Contributed significantly in product development, technology or improving productivity; and
  • Achieved results while demonstrating professionalism, business ethics,
    integrity and credibility while also maintaining the trust of colleagues.

All employees who are permanent staff members of the company are eligible for the Champion Award.

Anyone can nominate a co-worker, or supervisor to receive a Champion Award.

Senior Management makes final selection of the Champion Award recipient(s).
